phone conference unable to add other participants

Hello guys,

we are unable to add new participants to our phone conference using the desktop or web app. We get this error message after entering the phone number and pressing Enter (or clicking on the Plus symbol) :
e-mail address invalid

This is correct. To add further participants you need to enable the option. 'Call participants when the audio conference starts.'
