phone extension by incoming call is not given but is always 0

Hi 3CX,

I have a Problem with incoming Calls that arrive in the Log with the number 0 30 12345-0, although I choose instead of the 0 at the end of actually, for example, the 03.

The SIP connection running over Vodafone incoming and outgoing calls work and the phone number is transferred correctly.

I am not sure I completely understand, when an incoming calls to Destination Number 03012345-0 what happens?
Is this what the Provider sends the number?
