Phone for Windows on V16 issues

Since upgrading FROM v15 I have some issues with the windows phone. 1st there is a grey box that displays on the desktop that appears to be the background of the normal UI. there is a timer displayed looking like it is loading but the UI never displays. Clicking the 3cx icon on the bottom bar brings the UI up and it works fine but the grey box stays open with the timer. Then for some reason 3cx loses contact with the Jabra Direct headset app and the buttons on the headset stop working. If I exit 3cx phone for windows and try and run it again it never displays anything. The only way to resolve this is to reboot the PC. This is on Windows 10 version 1909 os build 18363.657

Any idea how to resolve this as its getting very annoying

Are you exiting from the icon in the system tray? Just exiting the program closes the window and minimizes it to the tray.

Can you post a screenshot of the box with the timer?
