Phone keeps requesting firmware update.

To whom it may concern,

I have a client on 3CX v18 update update 7 build 312 on Windows 10 Pro.

They have a user using a Yealin SIP T38G on firmware 38.70.0.228 (I know the phone is unsupported).

This extension is provisioning a firmware update request that succeeds; then it states that the request cannot be generated. (Please see the attached screenshot). This was just started today.

You probably have to manually upgrade it. Worst case you may have to remove the firmware from the 3cx provisioning folder.

Thats the provisioning file not the firmware.

The phone is already on 3CX and has been working fo over a year.

The phone was already provided previously and was working with no issues until yesterday.

Also due to this issue, the phone also keeps rebooting.
