All, when looking at the phone list, I have 2 EXT that show their provisioned phone in the list 2x. When I remove the phone from the ext, the line items are still listed.
  1. How can I clear out the 2nd line?
  2. If no EXT is paired with the phone, how long does it take for the phone to clear from the list?

3CX - 16.0.910

Hi,
What have you done before this happens?

Is your 3CX hosted cloud? phones are STUN / SBC ?

No. I setup 4 ext on Friday, 2 look normal, 2 do not.
3CX - Azure
STUN

I can reboot the phones.

Forgot to mention - getting "No Service" on the 2 phones listed 2x, which is what I am really trying to track down.

OK, surely same problem as usual with STUN settings

Have you open unique range RTC ports for each phones?
Are phones with local static IP?
Are phones with Unique SIP port open for each?

Do you have audio problems, one way or no audio at all both ways?

If all the settings are proper, then you should be fine, I have seen this occur when a phone connects to 3CX, and then for whatever reason closes its session and reconnects immediately causing a second session to be opened before the first has dissappeared from 3CX, essentially one is stuck in limbo, however this can also be caused by incorrect port configuration as well. Verify your remote port settings in the firewall(s), and ensure you have the remote extensions staggered properly for SIP and RTP ports.

Looks like this is going to end up being a STUN setup issue on our side using 3CX. We are trying to migrate to 3CX from Vonage. Looks like this may be more work then we planned. Vonage can handle using the same ports on the same local network. We thought this would be more plug-n-play.

What firewall is on the local side?

You could setup an SBC on site so you can add the phones using PnP and eliminate the need to perform firewall changes.

At this location - ASUS RT-AC3200

Is there a report that shows the ports assigned to each phone? (SIP & RTP)

not a lot of staff at one time. Maybe 10 at a time. We have many coming and going. The upside w/ Vonage is that the staff member can bring their desktop etc. plug-in then take home or another location w/o any configuration changes.
