Hi,

i have one particular phone which is more listed (he was but i clic on the x in phone list)

how can i recover it ? (already reset the phone)

Thank you

Factory resetting the phone, should make the phone appear in the management console again.

After the factory reset, try removing the power and plugging it back in.

Click X, just removed it from the list, so it should reappear.

Already unplug the power, the phone is behind a SBC but i see other phones which are behind the SBC.

it is like the 3CX has stored this MAC somewhere...

Local or SBC your phone should appears in console, is it always plugged in on network?
Can you see if an ip adress is in use on the phone?

yes the phone has a local IP, he is factory reset.

i can access to the phone through webUI.

Are you sure you have done a full factory reset?
When in webui you didn't see settings coming from 3CX always here?

will try on a other 3cx.

The phone not working is a snom D735?
Why log shows line from 1 january ?

how did you proceed to do factory reset ?
on snom i used to do this sequence of keys for factory reset
* * # #
stay on # while phone Reboot until it display
rescue mode
1 reset

so it was a NTP issue, the phone use a default NTP 75.X.X.X which is unreachable so the time was wrong, the phone certificate look expired... and so on.

Thanks for pointing me the 1 january :)
