Phone not picking the extension

Hi,

I have created an extension + linked the phone on it with the MAC add + assigned a new DID number.

As you can see on the phone menu from the 3CX management console, the phone is trying to pick up the line via a local SBC ( raspberry pi).
However the phone is still displaying "not connected" and you can see on the extension menu that its not working.
Did I miss a step ?

Upgrade the phone's firmware to 48.82.0.20

Hello @Alex92

Highlight the phone from the phones tab and assign it to the extension. Then click OK and give it 1-2 minutes to reprovision. Also upgrade the phone to the supported firmware.
