Solved Phone not ringing

Hello, I have 2 phones Fanvil X4 with the same phone number, but different extenstions. These phones should ring at the same time when someone calls from outside, but there is only one ringing.
The other rings only when we call extension. I compared with the configuration of the other phones and everything is the same.

Hi,

They cannot have the same phone number, because inbound numbers are not assigned to extensions. Instead, they follow the Inbound Rules and go to the destination you selected (ie. an extension). What do your inbound rules say currently?

A simple solution you can try: If you want them both to ring together, then make a ring group and put both the extensions in.
Then, edit your trunk settings or your Inbound Rules for that DID, and route to that ring group as the destination.

I created a group in Call Queues where I added the extensions, and now it works fine. I don't know if that's what I should do, but it works. Thank you for your reply
