Phone Provisoning missing from Settings tab?

Hi All,

I've just installed 3CX SMB Edition at the company I work for. I'm currently reading how to modify the provisioning templates and all web guides say to go to Settings -> Phone Provisioning, however this link is greyed out and is un-clickable. I'm aware that I'm able to edit the ini files directly in the provisioning folder, however I thought there may be a simpler way from the Web GUI to do this. Is this supposed to be greyed out?

For reference, I'm running 3CX PhoneSystem v12.

You can do this from the 3CX Windows Console on the server where 3CX is installed but not through the web interface.
