Phone recommendation?

Hello,

We have a customer who is dealing with some issues with their current phone (Snom D735). They are using this in an exam room trying to utilize as a 3 way call phone with one of those callers being an external caller. They have been reporting quality issues and are requesting to try a different phone.

My question is: is there another 3CX supported phone that has better call quality when it comes to 3 way calls? Wanting to try something outside of Snom for now.

Are they suggesting the problem is only on 3 way calls? And not internal or external calls?

Often, call quality is either an issue with the codec used to avoid transcoding...there are settings on internal/external/SIP/phone/app. Or, Internet connection problems.

Hi,

We have not had any major complaints about that model and I would also add that quality issues are not often solved by replacing the device.

Have you looked into the issue at all? It could be caused due to a number of factors and the phone is only one of those many factors.
