phone registeration issue

hi dear;
i installed 3cx system in my company and everything is ok but i have a problem with cisco ip phone 7961, when the phone attached to mikrotik router it is not registered with 3cx .
i'm tried to change config in 3cx portal phone provisioning from IP to FQDN and also change SEP<MAC>.cnf.xml configuration from IP to FQDN and the same problem .
Can any one help me in this issue? because i have more than 7 ip phone attached with mikrotik router in place not have cisco switch .

The phone is remote to the 3CX server or in the same LAN?

sure it is remote because it is behind a router
3cx is Public IP address and the phone is behind pppoe connection
but 3cx and pppoe connections in same public subnet

If you install SBC not at the place where the exchange is installed, but at the far ends where the ip phones are connected, you can register ip phones over the local network. This solution might work.

Well this model is officially only supported local to 3CX, although you can get it to work sometimes either direct SIP or via the SBC, but it's all manual config. I'd recommend picking up a 3CX RouterPhone which can be used anywhere without limits, something like Yealink T53
