phone registred but not taking the phone config

here is my setup


I have a 3cx phone system installed in a server and 1 phone connected remotely.I have a dsl loop from the remote location to the
main office. I programmed the private ip address of my 3cx server in the SIP Server field and the phone is able to register correctly i can make calls but the phone do not get the 3cx logo.It also dosent get the BLF configs

any ideas?
