phone SBC 'stuck', can't delete, router phone, V20

After removing a phone from a user (108), I'm unable to re-add the phone. Says the mac is in use. I find that there is an offline SBC matching in 'voice & chat' aka trunks. The phone was configured as a router phone.

I can't delete that SBC, the delete option is greyed out in all SBCs. I want to re-add this phone on another extension but looks like I have to figure out how to remove the SBC entry first.

Any ideas?

This is v20.0 update 0 build 1620.

Hello, try restarting 3CXSystemService and reload "Voice & Chat" page again after about 1 minute.

Also, if you search for that MAC address in the system, do you see it anywhere?
