Phone Template Update will not download

Hi All,

3CX has updated to 16.0.5.619 without any issue, but is telling me one of my templates for Grandstream GXP 2170 is out of date, but will not allow the download. When I try and click download I get a small red circle with bar across. Any advice would be really welcome?

Do I need to reboot to take effect?

No reboot required

The new template will be pushed out at the next provisioning time (happens once every 24hrs) or you can highlight the phone under Phones and click on the 'Reprovision' icon along the top

Much appreciated! One last question.... do you know if there's a way I can find out the difference between template version 99261 and 99262?

3CX do not publish changes done to templates

if you have a copy of the old template. you could compare it with applications like Notepad++, WinMerge
