Phonebook directory entries in Cisco 7961G

I hope someone can help me with my issue.
I have a Cisico 7961G connected to 3CX. Everything seems to work fine. I am having no luck trying to populate my phonebook directory xml. I created one following the forums. Under device configuration on the phone, in the http configuration, I can see the correct path for getting to the directory xml file. Using a web browser I can even type the http path and see the entries in the xml file; however, the phone ignores the entries and doesn't show in the display. I only the get 3 options when I press the directory key. I only get 1)Missed, 2)received, 3)Placed calls. I know I am supposed to get 4) with the directory entries.
Any help on this is appreciated.

I am not sure whether this helps, but there is a guide on how to setup a 7960 on Asterisk. Here is the link http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+phone+cisco+79xx I have pasted in the part about the directory syntax:-

Company Telephone Directory
The 79XX phones have four panel keys labeled as Messages, Services, Directories, and Settings. The Directory key can be programmed to view your company's telephone directory by displaying Names and Telephone Numbers that are stored on any web site available to you.
Modify the SIPDefault.cnf file entry to point to the web site:
directory_url: "http://www.mywebserver.com/asterisk/directory.xml"
The phone must be rebooted in order to read the above file.
The web site file /asterisk/directory.xml should include xml entries like:

<CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>
<Title>IP Telephony Directory</Title>
<Prompt>People reachable via VoIP</Prompt>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Name>Rich</Name>
<Telephone>3000</Telephone>
</DirectoryEntry>
<DirectoryEntry>
<Name>Todd</Name>
<Telephone>3001</Telephone>
</DirectoryEntry>
</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

Thanks for your reply Richard,
My directory xml file looked just like yours except for the <Title>and <Prompt> entries. I modified to add those 2 lines but it makes no difference. I had also read that article as well. For some reason it doesn't display my central directory on the phone. Is there something different for 3CX than Asterisk?. Also my file name is different. Mine is Cisco_phonebook.xml. I would not think it is looking for the specific file name.
When I press the directory key, I can see the phone requesting the file but doesn't display it. Is there something I am missing? I am using 3CX version 9 with cisco 7961 Sip 8.5.2.

Anybody that can help? is the DirectoryURL entry depending on another entry within the cnf.xml?
