I have imorted contacts in the company phonebook and used the mobile number field for the number. When an incoming call comes in from a known contact, it doesn't display their name o nthe web client or ios App, only their number.
If i add the number to the phonebook when the call is coming in, the name is displayed on the next incoming call.
I can't see what i've done differently between the imported records/manually created records vs. an entry created as a result of an incoming call.
