phonebook sync

hello,
i successful setup crm integration with SQLSERVER for phonebook lookup, but problem is on first call no caller name display on the ip phone ( only on webclient and only on second call on the ip phone ). Read forum seem is know limit of the system. Ther is any way to show name on phone at first call without manual import phonebook csv ?.
Maybe procedure to schedule hour/daily import csv? api to add / sync contact from crm directly into 3cx ? or any other way to accomplish this...

I think this is normal behavior, once someone call and he is unknown, entry is added to phonebook but it will be available only for next call. To have phonebook updated you need to force reprovision phones or wait 24h until automatic reprovision do the same

ok, i think problem is not phone provisioning but how to schedule/automatic sync crm phonebopok with 3cx phonebook, so populate it before user call in.
Any advice how to do that?
