Hi,

My 3cx client windows, don't keeping the contacts .
After i close and open the client, i lost my contact wich add manualy.

Are you selecting 'Add to company phonebook' ?

If yes to above, make sure the group the extension is a member of, can 'Can manage the company phonebook'

I can't save a extern contact?

what version is your PBX and what version is your windows client?

We released an updated version of the client which is only compatible with PBX V16 Update 5 and upwards which has a rewritten Contacts module.

For now I do not recommend to update to it YET because PBX V16 Update 5 because it is still in Alpha and should not be deployed in production environments. As soon as we release the updated PBX, your clients will automatically be updated on all users PCs (they will get a notification when they relaunch the app that they need to update).

If you update your clients now they will break - so please do not do it. We will try to push out PBX V16 Update 5 as soon as possible. Meanwhile, be prepared before the update, and ensure your server has the required OS:

• Linux Debian 9 (kernel 4.9)
• Raspbian Stretch
• Windows 10 (Pro, Enterprise)
• Windows Server 2016 (Standard, Datacenter)
• Windows Server 2019 (Standard, Datacenter)
