Solved Phones[0].Codecs: WARNINGS.XAPI.REQUIRED

NEW TO 3CX

I booted up a new phone Yealink T-43U
I have version 20 3CX

The Phone show up inside PNP Phones in the 3cx software

however when i try to assign the phone to an existing user i get the following error in red

"Phones[0].Codecs: WARNINGS.XAPI.REQUIRED"

I can't go any further

USER HAD A GENERIC PHONE ON PROFILE
