Phones and Extensions Management Console Questions

Management Console - Phones - soft phones listed, should there b an entry for each PC with a softphone and each smartphone and tablet even though they share a common extension.

There is one for each Windows PC and The Mac address field shows as provisioned

the 3CX Push service, should there we one for each tablet and smart phone

I have two iPads Extension 100 and Extension 200, these extensions are also on a Windows PC

Extension 200 also has an andriod smart phone

For the 3CX PusH Service I only have two entries, should there be one for each tablet and smart phone or only one for Andriod and one for IOS

I am on v14 SP3.
Looking at my extension only:
I see Phones and Push under Phones... -
and Windows/Mac/iOS clients under 3cx clients

Not sure why PUSH is under Phones... but it is.
