Phones don’t work sometimes for 5 min after in office hours

We have upgraded and sometimes phones don’t start to work for 5 to 10 min in morining. Other times no problem.

What does this mean? You power up the phones everyday when you come into the office, and they fail to register? or... what? Did you upgrade 3Cx to the latest? Were the sets upgraded as well? All the same type of sets?
