Have client this Am - inbound calls going to VM as no phones seem to be up.
They don't show up in phones list and all users are Red.
They can make outbound calls. System re-booted - no change.
Simple local install on Small Form system with Linux install.
As if phones are not registered - but can make outbound calls, so - weird.
Version 18 which may have updated overnight since set to do that on weekends.

Sounds like a firewall issue or even IP blacklisted.

Make that two installs. I don't know when it occurred for us, but I'm guessing weekend as well. I am running prem Windows v18, update 2, build 314. All phones are working just fine (can make/rec calls, park, etc). Upon update, it gives me an error to check firewall, but all other systems are fine (as indicated by working calls). Any suggestions?

OK - Further debug when we had some time showed a prior 3CX v15 Hyper-V instance AUTO booted and was conflicting with the other. Once the other was terminated, and nailed down, we rebooted the v18 and lo-an-behold the phones show up. That's strange, but now we know what that looks like. Still don't know what OP's issue was.

I am thinking it might be something very similar.

@princer800
When you make outbound calls, while the call is active, if you go to the Dashboard does the active call counter go up or remain 0?

At least to see if the calls are going out through this system.
