Phones not registering

Fighting with my first install of 3CX. SNOM 715 phones are auto-provisioning to a point. They show up as a new phone under Phones but when I assign an extension to them, the status does not change under Phones. The phones themselves appear to be provisioning in that the user's name and extension number are being displayed on the device but the phones are showing "Not registered". Under Extensions View in 3CX management, the extension is red flagged as not registered. Anyone have any thoughts?

Did you try manually rebooting them just to test? On snom phones if you press **## they reboot. Also what firmware are they running?
