Phones not showing

Hi
After Upgrade to v18 I got 3 of 10 phones not showing in list.
Tried unlink from user, reset multiple times, manually adding mac address and so on.

System is
18.0 (Build 314)
On Premise 3cx ISO
Phones are in the sam e LAN reachable per browser
Phones Snom d345 firmware 10.1.84.15

Ani hint would be nice

Yes phones work
I can access the gui and reset from there, tried to manually provision with updateing the
update url. (Not sure if this would be the right way to do it though.

Factory reset one of the phones, then wait to see if it appears in the Phones page as "New".

If so, assign it. If not, you will have to see what is preventing multicast messages from the phones, from reaching the PBX. This should not be happening if they are on the same network.

Also check they did not get blacklisted - this would prevent them from appearing.

Somehow th PBX did not like the combo ofe ip/mac. After i changed ip address on the phones they appeared again.

What do you mean the combo of IP/MAC? I did not understand exactly what you meant and what you changed.
