Phones showing as new after provision

Hi all,

Not sure if someone can point me in the right direction here. We're rolling out new Fanvil X7s shortly, and are in the process of setting up the handsets.

We purchased a demo phone and it worked as I had expected, showed up under 'Phones' and once assigned to an extension, stayed this way. However now I have the problem that I can assign an extension to a handset, but once the handset is disconnected, it then shows as New again.

Screenshot attached to hopefully explain a bit more, the phone at the top of the list has been provisioned, but is currently offline showing as New. The phone at the bottom of the list also has been provisioned but is online, as soon as I disconnect it from the network it will revert to showing as New again.

This is normal, don't worry about it.

You can dismiss those entries if you wish using the reject button.

Thanks John, I'm presuming if I reject the phone once back online will show as the correct extension still?

We're not ready to implement yet, so simply assigning hardware to extensions ready for deployment.
