Phones showing up twice

Good evening,

Having a strange issue. I installed the SBC at a remote location.. plugged in a few phones and assigned them to extensions... worked great.. One issue.. if I go back into Phones... a few of the phones are listed twice and I can't seem to figure out why. Pictured is one of them. Everything works fine.. just bugging the crap out of me to see it twice with two different IPs. Any ideas? Thank you!

Did the IP Phone perhaps hold both of those IPs at some point? (not at the same time obviously)

You might just need to give it some time for the registration to expire.
