Phones will provision, but won't Register

I am not able to get new phones to register and get this error.

SIP request (REGISTER) from xxx.210.218.206 was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON. Message: REGISTER sip:xx

Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked is unchecked, That was the first thing i tried. is there a wan setting?

Have you restricted port 5060 on your firewall?

Hi,

Check whether the public ip of those phones ended up in the blacklist.

Ensure of course as above that WAN registrations are not blocked, and then reboot the phones so they can retry.

Make sure their provisioning method is set to STUN (I assume you already did this)
