Phones with record button that work with 3CX?

Hello,

Could anyone share some phone models with record button that work fine with 3CX? I know this is "not supported" by 3CX because they prefer you use the webclient, but final customers want a button on the deskphone during an active call to recording them. We have tested with Snom D735 but if you set a BLF as "record" it doesn't work. If you know any model that support this button, please write here the model.

I very much doubt you will find a phone that has a record button, that will work with 3cx.

If you do, it may only record locally on the phone, and not within 3cx system

After some test on lab, Yealink T21P, T23P, T42S and T46S could be configured with the "Record" button and it works fine with 3CX.

Configuring a Line Key button as "Record".

You're able to start/stop the recoding as webclient/app just pressing that Line Key during the call. The phones of the upper list were upgraded previously to latest 3cx firmware.
