Phones won't register and the firewall checker says port 5060 cant connect and I keep getting black listed :(
Our current office phones are on a seperate, older PBX system, could this be a conflict?

You're going to need to give us more details to work out what is going on.
If you have two PBX's, is the old using SIP (5060) too?
Do you have a static WAN IP, or multiple WAN IP's to use?
What IP is getting blacklisted, your WAN IP or something else?

Give us an overview of what you have so we can work out where to start looking.

Definitely, our old PBX is using port 5060. We do have a WAN IP but it is not blacklisted, the 3 IP's being blacklisted are the 2 office phones we are using to test 3cx and the computer i used to test the web app

Are you auto provisioning or manually provisioning?
If Auto...
I would delete the extensions and start that again in case the credentials have been changed and old ones being applied, then being blocked as not authenticating.

If Manual...
Check event log to see what error is happening to cause the blocking.
I had a manually provisioned intercom that the settings didn't match what I was expecting and kept getting blocked. I whitelisted it first and kept changing my login/pass inputs until I got the right combo.

We are trying to set the extensions on the management console and then plug the phones in (manual?)
I will try and delete the extensions and auto-provision, i also saw an auto provision option under the 'upgrade' menu on the desk phones, I'll try that too
