Physical Phone (offline) not showing up?(QQ)

Quick Question, Wanted to see if there is a way for a provisioned physical phones show up in the admin console if they are offline? It does show up under user but not in admin under "Phones" unless it's on the network.

This is expected, and offline phones will not be the Management console under the phones. there is no workaround for this.
