Pick Up another ringing extension

We have a setup where there are 5 deployed extensions however, if someone is not at their desk we need a way to pickup that ringing line without having to walk to their desk.

Cannot wrap my brain around how that is possible.

This is possible using the call pickup features, You can pick up calls using the call pickup feature in two ways:

1. Dial *20*: Users can dial *20* or *20* followed by the extension number of the ringing phone to pick up the call directly.
2. Web Client Pickup: If users have the correct permissions, they can use the web client to pick up calls. Simply right-click on the ringing call in the panel and select the option to pick up the call.
