Picking up a call destined for another extension?

Is there a faq/page somewhere talking about how picking up a call going to ext 01 from phone at ext 02 works?

When I reproduce this and pick up the call, my phone says "*70*11" but the person calling just hears ringing. Not sure if I need to press any other buttons to successfully take the call? If so, what buttons? It appears to be stuck in "hold".

Code is *20*ext

You can check the dial code, under Settings - Dial Code Settings

That *70*11 is the dial code + extension, but like I said when it dials it, all the caller hears is continued ringing and I can't talk to them. :/ No idea why?
