I have 3 physical locations tied into 1 pbx. All newest version pbx, cloud hosted, no SBC. All ports different across extensions. Calls work perfectly fine, except..

We have Yealink w60b cordless phones setup to where the user can press transfer and dial 50x for SPx (501 for example) and it'll forward the calls to that SPx.They can press 501 and it will pick up that parked call as well.

However, with one location, if they dial 501, it doesn't work right. It will ring once, then silence, while the person on hold continues to listen to hold music.

I've tried comparing settings between the extensions that work vs the extensions that don't and all the settings are the same (except the ports of course)

Any idea what could cause this?

Have you compared an Activity Log (Verbose), for a parked call that works, and one that does not. I'm going to assume that it has something to do with the interpretation of the number (501) being dialed,as the "flash" is obviously putting the caller on hold. Does it fail, from that extension, if you dial other extensions that are set to forward to SPx, or just 501?

Have not with the activity log yet. Any 50x extension it acts the same.
