Good morning,
I have 2 v18 pbx connected to each other in bridge, the customer asked us for the possibility of making pickup calls between extensions of different switchboards, let me explain better,
the customer on pbx A would like to pick up the call that arrives at pbx B, both connected in bridge to each other, is it possible to do this?
The classic pickup within the same pbx with the code *22*+int works, but doing it with the other ones doesn't work
thank you

The dial code apply to the PBX and not for Bridged extensions.

I'm sorry, but I didn't quite understand...
technically you can do the pickup but should another feature code be used?
if so what would it be?
thank you so much

When 2 systems are bridged together, they are actually 2 independent systems, with their own subscription and resources.

The only resources these 2 systems can share is the following:
  • Presence, to be able to see who is online on the other side
  • They can interact with these persons
  • SIP Trunks. you can send calls to the other side to make/receive calls through the SIP Trunk of the other PBX
Do not think of these 2 systems as one integrated system.
