pickup of call from call queue

Hello,

is it possible in any way to pickup calls from a call queue? Assigned and / or unassigned calls?

Hello @KarstenW,

You can do this by dialing *20*, when a queue member receives a call. If more that one calls are in the queue you should dial *20*extension number (i.e. *20*001).
