Is the mouth forbidden to users here?

I come from Germany and in the German forum hardly any of the "supporters" care about the "right" concerns of the users.

In terms of "support" and customer friendliness, 3CX is an absolute disaster...



But that's not an idea, it's a mistake. How can you hide such an important function under the points? That wasn't the case with version 16 either. I don't think anyone wanted this change. Also sees German forum!

You should support the users with their problems and not just be stubborn.

Over the past few weeks there have been many many many threads on this topic.
The concern of the users of this forum about this have been heard and things have been taken into account.

There is no need to further discuss this particular subject in yet one more thread for the above reason any more, hence why the topic was locked.
The best thing you can do is upvote the specific idea my colleague @ChrisC_3CX was kind enough to link you to.

Is there anything else you would like to add on this before this thread is also locked?

If there is some other topic you would like to discuss, I suggest creating a new thread as we prefer to keep a "one topic/subject per thread" logic.

We have often discussed this in the German forum I also looked for something in the English forum but couldn't find anything
