Plantronics C054A EHS - Yealink 46s

Good Afternoon All

Can I get some advice RE headsets.

I've got this Plantronics one hooked up but the EHS isnt working.

Am I missing something? Do I need the Yealink EHS?

Regarding deskphone headsets we don't provide any specific support, its best to first take a look at what the manufacturer supports.

So check the Plantronics website of the CS540 (C054A), there should be compatibility list telling you if their product works with Yealink.

Some of them may have switches, or special adaptors depending on the brand of deskphone you use.
