I tested three different plantronics devices:
- plantronics blackwire 520
- plantronics voyager legend uc (connected via USB / BT300M)
- plantronics calisto p420-m

It seems plantronics devices basic call control works fine with 3cx
(accept / hangup buttons / volume / mute)

there are two prerequisites:
1- plantronics hub
(tested with at the time latest plantronics hub version 3.11.2 Build 23527)
2- audio settings of the client have to be on the plantronics device !!
(tested with 3cx windows client version 15.5.12227.5 .. on windows 10 - 1803
-- if only primary device is used at least the buttons don't work)

(note: if 3cx is opened the "plantronics hub" will also be started)

the calisto has additional features ..
- small lcd display
- numberpad

the lcd display shows the incoming call (including the name of the caller)

what is not working seems to be the numberpad.

it would be nice if the numberpad / numpad integration (ex. on calisto devices)
with the plantronics hub could also be realized.

The Pickup sensor in the Blackwire and the Voyager does not seem to trigger an accept ..
would be nice if it also could be realized.

the "pickup sensor" works with 3cx
(in the case of the blackwire I think it's pressure on the earpieces against the ear)
I think it is handled completely by the Plantronics Hub - has to be set there as active (missed it)
and triggers an accept

i'm unsure about a documented mute function when taken off / unmute when put on again .. but that might have been a fringe com api integration as I see no options in the hub itself - or my two devices don't support it ..

the calisto with the numberpad ( keypad / dialpad ) is actually a "plantronics calisto p240-m"
(number mixup)

I also tested the buttons on a "plantronics calisto p610" / usb speakerphone
.. works fine as well with the prerequisites noted above
