Plantronics call button not working

Hi,

I purchased a Voyager Legend headset because it was specifically mentioned on your blog announcement that you support it, however I have not been able to get the call button to accept calls. I followed the instructions at http://www.3cx.com/support/plantronics-configuration/ and have SP4 installed, running Windows 8.1, the headset has the latest firmware (v 99).

The Plantronics Control Panel shows the headset listed, although the Device Settings button is disabled, and the 'Default Softphone' list does not include 3cx. Everything else with the headset works correctly, only the call button doesn't accept calls, which is critical when not at the desk.

How can I get it to work?

I have the exact same issue with a Voyager Legend and fully service packed on Win 7 Pro 64 bit SP1.
Plantronics Control panel shows Voyager Legend and device settings greyed out. I can not answer a call with the headset buttons making it redundant.

Any pointers or help would be greatly appreciated.
