Plantronics pick up through headset on 3cx Mac client

My new Plantronics Voyager Focus UC does not pick- and hang-up calls. I connect it to the 3CX Mac OSX client. When I get a call, it rings on the headset. But I cannot pick it up, I have to this through the app. Hang-up is the same.
Another issue that I noticed when working with the 3CX client for OSX, is when I refuse (hangup) an incoming call, my DECT phone keeps on ringing.
I would like for the DECT phone to ring simultaneously with the Plantronics, since our users switch in-between the two.

Hook-Control is only available in the 3CXPhone for Windows and for some selected (vendor supported) headsets in the 3CX WebClient. On mobile phones in iOS it is a yes if it works also on regular GSM calls.

What I understand is that Macintosh users cannot use a headset, with the 3CX softphone. Unless they answer and hangup through the Softphone.
Is there a list for Vendor supported headsets that work with the WebClient?

the Hook-Control integration in Chrome for example is made by the Vendors. I would suggest to contact them to see which models are included in the Chrome Plugin.
