Plantronics Savi Go - headset

Hi,
I am testing a headset with 3cx,
sound and mic works but I can't pick up the call with the button on it, Wich is really a must.
I am using the Plantronics Savi Go WG100/B.
I searched up it on the site but could only find really old posts.
does anyone know if this is supported?
if it isnt supported can anyone suggest some, we do want wireless/handsfree.
