Wether or not I use the Default windows audio device or the Plantronics, I cannot pickup the call.
Normally (when I connect the 3200 to a desk phone like T58v) the headset will notify me of a call and I can either speak "answer" or press the button.
Using the windows softphone, I am not getting the incoming call notification. Instead (even if I set the rington to be delivered to the built in audio), The soft-ringing comes in (at a much too loud level) at the headset. But the headset does not tell me there is an incoming call. And if try to answer anyway by pressing the button nothing happens. Only If I click on answer in the 3cx windows phone.
