Play a sound on new message

Hello everyone, I have integrated the 3CX chat on our Wordpress site. So far so good. But if the auto answer is active outside of business hours, the chat plays a tone on each page. Unfortunately, the setting "Play a sound on new message:" did not change anything. Do you have an idea? Thank you Remo Ris
