Play message when transferring an external call

Hi,

I have a customer with a hosted 3CX Pro on the 3CX v18 build 7. Here is the scenario:

External person calls.
Someone answers the call but they need to transfer the call to another internal extension.
When the internal user transfers the call to another internal user, the customer would first like the message "this call may be recorded" and then the call is transferred..

Is this possible? If so, what is the most efficient way to accomplish this?

Would modifying the prompt set PLSHOLD (please_hold.wav) to say "this call may be recorded" accomplish this?
