Play pre recorded message

Hi guys,

Is it possible for 3cx to play a pre recorded message. Lets say an extension calls an external number and a voicemail answers. We would like the agent then to press for example 1 on their softphone and a pre recorded recording should then be played leaving a message on the answering machine?
