We've got an installation which has IVRs in French, but they also have English customer.

Their IVR start with stating that :
"If you need english support, please press 9"

If you dial 9, it'll tell you "Veuillez patientez pendant que je transfert votre appel..." ("Please hold while I transfert your call" in french).

Is there a way to do either of these options :
Have only the English IVR Play the "Please_Hold.wav"
Have both the English and French "Please_Hold.wav" play
To completely and EFFICIENTLY remove the "Please_Hold.wav"

I'm saying Efficiently cause after looking at some of the post with my searchs, they're submiting way to fix what I ask but none worked, or the path dont exist, or it crashed totally my system.

I've tryied replacing the "Please_hold.wav" in my "Sets" by something empty, crashed the system, the IVR system wouldnt reboot.

Well I've tried many stuff and didnt work :P

Our installation is on a Windows Vista Home Premium.

Thanks a lot :)

DomoJP!

I don't know if this (your version) has anything to do with your crash issues or not.

Well I said it was our installation because I'm likely to try it on my system before implementing it on a client installation....

If thats really the matters of why I don't get support, know that the original computer/server where it is going is on XP Pro.

Any hints please ? :)

Have you tried replacing the .wav file with a legit file recorded to 3CX specs?
