Please add ability to download chats

Now with SMS ability, the ability to download a chat has become significantly more important. I understand this may be more important to some industries than others, but I would imagine there are many businesses that need this functionality.

Can you tell me where you are seeing this? I'm on version 16.0.655 and I don't see this screen and I don't see this feature on the current change log - maybe I'm just missing it. (Your screenshot looks like an admin feature?) But even if it is an admin feature, our users need the ability to download their own chat conversations (Not from the admin area) to archive on a customer's file in our management system. TY
