Please add the letters in the numeric keypad for the WebDialer

Hi Team

With call center and regular users using the WebDialer more and more, please add the letters next to or under the numbers. It's a technique for remembering telephone numbers easily.

For example, an interior decorator might license the telephone number 1-800-724-6837, but advertise it as the more memorable phoneword 1-800-PAINTER.

This should be easy enough fix and hopefully can be aded in V16 in one of teh Service Paks
