Please Help me!!!

I really can't figure out how to solve this.

I configured a grandstream bt 200 as is in the 3cx manual (similar model) abut I can't hear audio on the phone. The other person hears perfectly. The extentsion is also unable to receive calls but it can call other extensions....
If I configure the phone with the stun server it doese not connect at all with the 3cx.....

helppp please!!!!!

Ok

You can connect and the extensions are registered.

No sound, this relates to:
The good old ports 10000 -20000
Codecs, make sure you have the correct codecs selected in the audio option on the phone

Codecs g729 with a payload of 20ms
RFC protocol edition RFC3261.

Not sure if all these settings are available on your phone but have a look around.

Thanks Henk, but I'm still experiencing the problem the ports on the 3cx server al all open and the codec I tryed with 729 and also 711 ....
everything seems ok but I'm still experiencing the problem.....

It looks like you're trying to use external phone, but it doesn't provide 3CX with externally accessible IP address. To get more help you should provide more details on your situation.
