Plugin "3CX Click to Call" & 3cx v20

Hi,

Add-on not working: https://www.freshworks.com/apps/3cx_click_to_call/

The problem occurs on 3cx v20. I tried on several PBXs.
After clicking the link in Freshdesk, there is an error: "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE"
It works when I click "Open in new window".

It works fine on 3cx v18.
Do you have any idea?

Have you added Click2Call from this link?

Yes, it doesn't solve the problem.

The link is correct.
I copy it to a new tab and it works.


I click here and the webclient rejects the connection.

Just guessing, but maybe that Freshdesk app is including the "/WebClient" in the URL?

BTW, if you install the click to call extension mentioned by @TheodorosG_3CX, the phone number will be converted to a click to call link, and you don't need to install this app from the Freshdesk marketplace.
